As far as I can tell, it's a non-essential part of the firewall, doesn't act as an anti-virus and won't affect MSE.

Even when I unchecked Defense+ during installation, it still came up when I ran .exe files. I uninstalled it right away, just doesnt seem proper with a non-installed program that pops up anyway, like you dont have a choice on whether or not you want it. Went with Online Armor Free instead. Thanks for your help.
