While I love my WD Black array its just not as snappy as I remember my SSD being so today Newegg finally put out a deal I couldn't pass up 64GB C300 Crucial SSD for $100 shipped. I ordered 2 so I'll be raiding them. Mainly cause the limitations of my mobo and setting the sata ports. If I set the main controller to raid the only option I have left for the other 2 is raid. So I'll raid the ssd's and also keep my blacks in a separate raid. I'll post performance once I have em up and running should be here friday if they ship tomorrow. I also finally pulled the trigger on my step-up for my 560ti to a 570 so lol major upgrading this weekend and next

the raid for the WD Blacks was done thru windows versus bios simply because bios raid once in windows defaults to a max of 2Tb so I'd lose about 400GB but using windows for the raid I can utilize the whole shi-bang as one partition. But in doing this makes it a non bootable drive as its dynamic instead of primary.

must say I love having my snappy system back I did note however lol that when I ran my Experience index I am now at 7.9 on disk drives but LMFAO my cpu and ram dropped .2 each to 7.7 which is now my current score lol. I guess windows doesnt want ya having a perfect 7.9 Because before they were both 7.9 when my HDD raid was at 6.5 lol.
