Unfortunatly the Nanopoint support forums when offline a fair while ago, quite how you found them we don't know, but they're not supposed to be acessable.

If you post up your question in the storage section of the main forum then I'm sure somone will try and help. But unfortunatly no representatives of Nanopoint frequent the forums anymore.
