I wouldn't normally consider it - but if settings are toned down to low graphical details - games are playable on it.
It at least means that if you're building a budget PC, you can get it working to a decent level without having to buy a graphics card straight away. It's just a shame the new IB i3s don't have the HD4000 graphics though, as then this reasoning may be a little more justifiable.
Also there's that thing with video rendering times while using it isn't there?
Not that I've ever rendered a video in my entire life - but it's meant to be something worth using
