2 graphics cards together, but not in SLI/crossfire

Ok, I want to put 2 PCI-E graphics cards in DFI Lanparty mobo that im getting from Hyper (ty), but i cant afford to put in 2 x 1900xt's (plus its not a crossfire mobo). I just want a cheap 2nd graphics card to run another monitor and T.V. leaving my main 1900xt (from XMS ) to work on 1 monitor.

So how would i do this?, I tired putting in a FX5200 in my current PC with my 7800gs but the nvidia drivers didnt like it.

Therefore would I have to buy a cheap Nvidia PCi-E to go with the 1900xt, or would another cheap radeon be ok? Is this even possible?

I think another cheapo PCI-E card should be ok, but try sticking to ATI + ATI. Actually a PCI card would even be ok.

Can't u use dual DVI on the X1900 and also pos VIVO?

I couldn't do 2 monitors and the T.V. on my 7800gs, but ill get a cheap pci ati card and see what happens
