140mm Rad fans

im looking for some fans that will work well with a high fin rad, have red leds and are 140mm

i was thinking BitFenix Spectre Pro but wasnt sure because they are only 1200rpm (is that enough)

when it comes to fans and rads with high fpi your best looking for fans with high static pressure of about 2.0 mm h2o or higher

what would you recommend as the specter pros only have 1.24mmh20

they only push an air pressure of 0.81mm (mmH2o) so would i be beter of going of with the specter pros for better performance
