hey,
i'm going to build a new rig soon because my current one is a bit outdated ( built ~5yrs ago, some upgrades) and so i thought i'd just ask you guys what you think of the parts list.
i've been reading and wathcing a lot of reviews lately and that's what i came up with (but i'm still a bit unsure about some parts):
i7-4790k or xeon e3-1241
msi z97 mpower or msi z97 gaming 7
corsair vengeance (pro) 16gb 2133mhz
nzxt kraken x60 or corsair h105
adata sp920 256gb ssd
wd green 4tb hdd
msi r9 290 twinfrozr
corsair rm650
phanteks enthoo pro window

i mainly use my pc for adobe cc, light virtualization and some gaming (bf3, bf4, arma3)
as mentioned in the title, i don't really want to spend more than around 1500€. hope you can help me out

Well no sense in choosing that xeon cpu since you can't overclock them and your getting a z97 chipset so it would be pointless to get it.

The H105 performs better than the x60 so it comes down to how much you want to spend. Only thing worth mentioning is for a 290 that PSU is a little on the smaller side but it is not a big deal. Everything else seems solid.
