I've read up a lot about how intel chips prefer frequency but also that they prefer to be 1:1 and not use a divider. So would I be better running 1:1 at around DDR800 or on a divider running a higher frequency?

Basically I can't get this off. I've tried the EIST setting in the BIOS at both enabled and disabled and have the power options in windows at always on. Is there something special you have to do to be able to run at full speed? I'm using an e6600 and an abit quadgt
