zip tie 120mm fans on gpu?

I either want to remove the tiny stock fan on 7970 and zip tie 2x 120mm fans.

or if this voids the warranty just ziptie one 120mm to blow air directly to the tiny AMD fan, <--- good idea?

yeah I will watercool in 1-2 months, but I want make sure cards is healthy as watercool= voided warranty.
