Youtube/chrome and oc3d

Hey guys recently I have started having an issue with youtube and chrome. It also affects embedded videos here on oc3d.

So here is the issue. When I have my tv hooked up to my pc and have youtube running when I put the video into fullscreen I have this same issue.

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20140223184754AA9LBrC

The video will sometimes run in the smaller video and other times it wont. The fullscreen button is down in the bottom right of the screen in the white area so to get out of fullscreen you have to click in that area of the white border and not on the logo on screen or the video will just pause.

Also I am having this issue with the youtube videos on here. I see embedded videos here as a white box like so.

So the embedded videos wont work for me on here. This only happens on chrome and only started happening within the last week or two. I have not updated anything on my pc and I did try what the top link said to try and nothing worked.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Thanks

It might be because you have two flash plugins running.

Type this into the url bar chrome://plugins and press enter. In the top right there will be a button that says Details, click that. Then on the left you will see a section called Adobe Flash player, if you have two different flash players showing disable the one that isn't Google\Chrome\Application\33.0.1750.117\PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll.

The one that needs to be disabled will most likely be Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32_12_0_0_70.dll

Not sure what is causing your embedded problem if it wasn't to do with having the two plugins running.

If you have any Youtube extensions installed it could be those, i've had to disable one of mine because I just get a black screen with audio since Youtube updated last.
You could also try disabling hardware acceleration, right click on any youtube vid and choose settings, then click on the first icon in the bottom left and un tick the hardware acceleration box.

I can't think of what else may be causing it.
