RayStorm CPU for Intel and AMD

September 22, 2011

After many months of hard work, we are proud to announce the new RayStorm CPU block. It’s our best ever performing CPU block and in my opinion the best looking. We are aiming to get it to reseller in early October.

The block will be released in two version. The first is for Intel for sockets 775, 1155, 1556, 1336 and 2011. The second is for AMD AM2 and AM3 boards as well as FM1 APUs.

Consider my Rasa sold and a RayStorm purchased, when they are released that is.

The base is apparently is not the same as the rasa, so dont jump the boat just yet.

The HK isnt top of the block any more. There are more choose and better ones out there now.

The Koolance 370 beats it, the kyros beats it, the EK top block beats it, and this may well beat it, will have to wait and see some test results.

MY HK 3 is now retired from duty in my systems.

Aww that's a shame. Ah well, worth asking though! Maybe on another water-cooling upgrade I'll get one of these bad boys!

They're really nice mayhem

Nothing to do with me this is Paul from XSPC work. I have nothing to do with water blocks YET !!!!!!

awesome looking lil wb there hope it tests out well I'm with SieB on this I'd buy it in a heartbeat if its a performer

OK. It looks sick. I'd buy one in a heartbeat, but only if it performs well. Hope it does. One technical question, what is the distance between holes? (what I'm really asking is it compatible with Bitspower 1/2 ID 3/4OD compression fittings)

Should do as long as they are G1/4" thread and not G1/8" thread.

Good looking block i must say. My plan was to get the EK HF block, but i think im gonna check out how this will do on the bench. Do you know when we can see any testresults?
