XMP profile fails. Help me do this manually please. I am 100% dumb!

Hi guys,

I thought the RAMs XMP profile would make it easy but nope. It just gives me an error saying something like
"overclock failed, resetting to normal values" [or smth like that].

I read about it and apparently XMP is shit anyway which gives this error often. So I better do this manually. But all those values gives me a headache... It doesn't tell me anything.

Maybe anyone in here knows the language and can tell me what setting I should change and what values needs to be inserted.

Please see the pics of my BIOS setup settings here:

Sorry for the bad quality. Hope it will do.

Any overclocking pro in here that won't destroy my computer =D? What settings should I change, and to what value?!?!
Just want it to run in 1600 MHZ as advertised.

Thanks in advance,

Thx man! But isn't there aany risk I will fuck up my computer for good if I bump up too much volt in the settings?

Dont be daft - if it all goes to shit - clear the bios.

Follow the guide though and you should be ok, you may have to tweak some other volts but thats where to start
