guys dont worry if you win you will get a message via the forum and will also be able to reply to that message for the new guys you cant see an inbox till you reach certain criteria, this is for good reason but rest assured you can be messaged by the team.

I think what NBD was saying is that it's your responsibility to check in here. The time-frame for the announcement is stated on the entry page and several times in the thread.

Winner will be announced in the forum thread within 7 days of competition closing

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner

Winner must claim prize within 14 days of competition closing or a new winner will be drawn

I'd imagine "reasonable efforts" would include email and/or FB account used so be just be patient, you'd still have a week to claim if you won.
