what do you mean by that? are you refering to the fact that the intel dual core is literally jsut two cores on some silicon unlike amd's superior one?

the 7800gtx 512mb is compltly pointless imho its simply been released so nvidia can say oh we won this round aswell.

I'm not suggesting anything mate, it's all backed up with the benchies and numbers on the inquirer somewhere. AMD completely pushed Intels face in the mud in everything. Then AMD head honcho made a stab at Intels saying they should try to release something that actually works for once.

Not suggesting, just relaying fact really. AMD are better than Intel and it's been that way for a while now. Intel lost the plot long ago, but saying that I'm thinkin of gettin an LGA775 setup just to tinker with but will prolly just spend the money on an X2.
