Wow, little did I realize / forget that I had chosen for my tax return to be direct deposited into my bank account.... Just checked my bank account to see if my work paycheck was in there and I see my available balance of a few thousand dollars and im like w000000000000000000000000000000t!

What should I buy guys? hehe...

I just found THIS and it's looking really appealing. It's not 19" like I wanted but its got the super low 8ms response, its black, its got DVI in, and it's made by the master of all monitors.

I ended up using some of the money to buy a spare 74gb Raptor in case something happens to one of them while they're RAID'ed. Just some simple insurance

My next check should let me get a Venice, and they should be available at that point too, w00t!

i have one. but it died and its sittin on a shelf waiting to be rma'd

this computer killed all my sata stuff. not sure why, but it pisses me off. i had a sata dvd burner. now its just space in my 5.25 cage

I've never been too hot on SATA legacy devices, specially with older chipsets that only let you have like 2 locked SATA ports. The new NF4 design is great though I should be able to run devices on all 4 ports and have them be perma-locked
