Well you're right, I much prefer the black version of that case. Personally I prefer the simpler designs of Lian-Li cases, but really it's down to personal preference when it comes to choosing cases.

I have a CM690 at the moment, and it's fairly easy to strip down for painting, there's a decent amount of room inside to work with and plenty of room for cable management if you have the patience:

That being said, you do get what you pay for. The entire front and top bezel are made of plastic and something within it will not stop vibrating around. I'm swapping everything into a PC-A05B in a couple of days though.

Holy, lovely cable management!

I know i've never seen a case so devoid of cables! seems unatural in some unholy exorcist way :eyes:! Anyways why is i'm the only one that thinks that most Lian Li's are butt ugly (i'm ready to recieve a spanking from i think every member of OC3D...) i don't see the appeal...

Haha, thanks :D

As for the cases, it's either you like 'em simple or you like them flashy. Lian-Li's are obviously on the simple side. That being said, I think sometimes when people look at Lian-Li cases, they're not looking at what it looks like now, but what it can look like

It's also the build quality that counts some times, what would you prefer, a budget £40 case that when your working inside your PC you cut yours hands everywhere, or a Lian Li, where everything is rounded off so no cuts :)

If you want Tom to keep his hands Zak, buy the PC7 :D
