Windows and BIOS wont see hard drive ??

Hi,

i have a samsung f3 1tb hard drive as a storage drive today i created a partition on it and backed up my SSD os drive onto it... then i restarted my pc and it tells me to insert boot drive so i try to select my SSD in bios and the SSD is there selected as first boot drive but the HDD has disappeared.. then i try to re install windows and the drive is still gone but the SSD is there... then when im inside windows it cant find it each other... i have double and triple checked the connectors and nothing

ah the dreaded HD103SJ - i had similar problems - they are rubbish

So its killed itself? I still have 9 months warranty so its ok

i had to purchase an external HDD caddy to enable me to salvage all my precious data from it
