Same here - I had an op last week - I was told I'd be in and out the same day...

I was in for 3 days, and now I'm having to go back every single day for the foreseeable future to have it drained (something that staying in there for 3 days was 'definitely going to prevent'). The hospital's a half hour drive from me too, which isn't great if I'm there every day!

Anyway, hope you're alright Tom!

I'm not 100% sure what it is, nor would I divulge any medical details on here, that's for Tom to decide.

I believe he's "under" now but I don't know for sure, he's in good spirits still but sounds like he hasn't had much rest. (and we know he can be grumpy when tired lol).

Another quick update, he's out of surgery and it sounds like all went fine. He's still his perky self and has lots of fun drugs to keep him smiling.

Have to say it's great to hear you lot get behind him at times like this, he'll be the first to say without you lot, things wouldn't be the same.
