It was fairly drawn and he was notified TTL can't do much more than that, no one likes having their time wasted.

I've had serious fallings out with IN WIN UK, recently they ran a design your own side panel contest on Failbook for Halloween I entered it but my entry wasn't even counted upon snooping a little the chosen winner just so happened to be a IN WIN sponsored graphic designer of PC cases I voiced my disgust in this clear con they have since removed all trace of the competition... well I thought that was the end of it but ohhh no, just before Xmas I receive a winner announcement of a limited edition IN WIN T-Shirt from a competition I didn't even enter
