Here's what that link says.

Usual Facebook competition rules apply, entrants must be 13 or over and be a UK resident to be eligible to win. Entries that do not meet these requirements will not be entered in to the final draw.

Had to disable pretty much all my safety/privacy add-ons to enter correctly :/ (I only entered because Tom reassured in his video that woobox isn't as bad as it sounds) I would have preferred a competition with a bit more effort like the gtx780 one, but I think I'm in the minority here with this opinion xD
