CPU: i5 3570k OC@ 4.2-4.5
Ram: Vengeance 1600Mhz 4x2Gb
Gfx: xfx 7950 (probably slightly OC'd)
1 250gb SSD + 1 TB HDD + 1 Corsair H100i in push pull

For future reference, try looking for a PSU calculator, there's quite a few out there. Won't be pin-point accurate, but you get a rough idea, within 50-70w.

Looking at this now. In addition im running 4 120mm fans for the H100i, plus 3 140mm fan and a bitfenix recon. Will this be adequate or borderline?

It will work, but you're better off with something fully modular.

The silverstone striders are good for prodigy builds because you can get a short cable kit for them, making cabling easy.

This is a really good bit of advice, the prodigy is a great case but like all mini ITX cases it can get a bit cramped with psu cables.

any good psu that has 400W+ on the 12V rail is fine for any single gpu card

Yeah it's bad, but tbf, even with the short cable kit in the Prodigy it still isn't an easy job.

I don't think whoever's rig that is has done a bad job, just it's impossible to do much better with that hardware
