Thats great you saved 2k at 16. Bet it was difficult to stick to but it will soon be well worth it.

It looks like you have picked a nice spec list, can't wait too see pictures? What are you looking at getting peripheral wise? Mouse, Keyboard etc?

I don't really know for peripherals at the moment. Because I don't want to blow £200 on them, which would take away budget from more vital components, such as the CPU/GPU. I think my plan might be to get a basic combo for now, then wait till Christmas where I'll be able to go all out on it! And should also be able to pick up a nice pair of headphones too, which should be good.

I think that you appreciate things more when you've had to save up and make careful decisions based on the best you can afford.

I am sure that you're going to get plenty of enjoyment out of your new rig and, by the looks of things, you've earned it
