Hi I'm wanting to watercool my system , what I'm wondering will this rad be enough to cool the cpu and gpu 240mm Alphacool NexXxoS Monsta radiator hoping to overclock the gpu, or should i just use it to cool the gpu as i have aio for cpu. Any advice gratefully recieved as im a complete novice at this thanks

aio for cpu and a loop for gpu? meh, that will look like hell.
the monsta rad will be able to cool a GPU though, maybe even cpu + gpu if you dont OC much.
the general rule of overclocking is usually do it right or dont do it at all. if you would have two monsta rads you would be on the save side.

Thanks for answer, trouble is i'm pretty sure there's no way i would be able to get two monsta rads in my case its corsair a 550d (high chance i could be wrong).

If you want to watercool you really need to change your case to do it right and not have something that looks terrible.

Damn I've only had the case a few months! so any suggestions or even better know anyone who will swop for 900d ;)

Fractal Deisgn XL2 is slightly cheaper than a Switch 810 and has the ability to watercool. 240 in the top and a 240/280 monsta in the front.
A single 240 monsta may get you buy on a CPU/GPU loop but fans are gonna need to be higher. A second 240 will ensure you can run at 7 or 5volts on the fans.

idk why but this made me chuckle. probably because of that disgusting side panel.

If you were referring to my other post about the xl... I said XL R2 not XL.. lol:p

ye okay they dropped the "stylish design" part in the description :P
if they would just make the side panel without the mash i would even consider it stylish, but that mesh looks horrifying.
