Will a H100i fit roof mounted CM 690 2 Advanced?

I'm toying with the idea of replacing the DH14 with a roof mounted H100i.

The case is a Coolmaster 690 2 advanced, and I have a Gigabyte z77x-d3h MB.

Thanks.

Will it have to be single fans and rad mounted on the inside?

I can't have double fans, in push/pull combo, without mounting the 2nd fans on the outside?

I wouldn't recommend push/pull in any situation due to how hard it is to clean the rad. Pull all the way! ;)

Fans above the rad pulling in from the outside (intake), or fans on the bottom pulling from the inside (exhaust)?

Either, so long as it's pulling and the rad has nothing in front of it. That was it's nice and easy to get at with a soft toothbrush to get rid of the dust that builds up pretty quickly.

i have that case and the h100. I also have the gigabyte z77xud5h - so a similar board.

If you mount the fans under the lid of the case and the radiator inside the case, everything will fit nicely.

I however have push/pull - this does not fit nicely as the heasinks on the board stop the lower fans. My solution was to 'modify' the fans to fit by trimming the surround back on the rear edge. it all fits nicely with 2mm of clearence.
Push/pull give a very slight increase in performance and to be honest probably isnt worth it. i know because ive done it.
If you want the H100 to cool the best it can. Stick to the original 2700rpm fans, dont plug them into the H100 but buy a fan controller. On full whack the H100 fans will be loud as hell but your CPU will be nice and chilly! If your not going for great overclocks then plugging the fans into the H100 will be fine.
