This is my new / re-arranged setup.

Curtains open;

Curtains closed;

My brainwave was, that it's cooler up on my desk when i put the curtain over my case, as it then draws cold air in straight from the window.. and there's less dust up on my desk. We'll see how the dust situation pans out though.

Ok so, it now looks like this:

Looks way better now. Nice ghetto wire managment with duck type. Just be careful as it will rip the paint off your walls no worry.

You should have put the wires along the skirting board and along with the ghetto duck tape aswell. Don't try to do anything now as its too late or the paint will defo come off

if you wanna do it next time without having to rip the paint off the wall, wireties are usually handy

or there's little white clips for holding wires that you nail into wood available from B&Q in boxes of like 50 ...

Yeh, i know.. Just couldn't be arsed. I did it at about 11pm, and the closest thing i had to hand was duct-tape.. I did plan to rip the tape up into thinner strips, but i didn't. it'll be fine, the tape wont come off now until it's time to re-paint anyways, so no worries.

Also not bothered about it looking cheap and quick and rubbish, it's functional. Besides, it's not like i've got the queen visiting me any time soon or anything...
