Why not create coolers with HFC-134a

I was just wondering, but why not create coolers with HFC-134a, also called tetrafluoroethane, like refrigerators. It would work on the same principle like a fridge, only on a smaller scale... it would cool the CPU or GPU like no other cooler =)

Only imagine the coils would go through a CPU/GPU block and the heated gas would go through a radiator like the Corsair Hydro Series H70

I know it sounds silly, but it would be so cool =D
