Nowadays I just browse forums out of boredom though but I love the clan side of things aswell

For me it's a combo of all those things. I enjoy learning new stuff, reading about OC ventures, there are awesome friendly people here, and the comps rule.

It's a nice community with lots of sound people, but I do learn a lot about stuff here that I wouldn't normally look into. I also enjoy the OC3D clan side of stuff too

I bought my 1st PC in April, built my 1st PC in September and needed help with most things lol and overclocking/watercooling...

Other forums seemed patronising, pretentious and elitist. In stark contrast OC3D welcomes all abilities and has an air of comradery about the place, plus people take the

out of eachother

I love clocking, modifying, gaming and the friendly buzz around OC3D is so friendly how can you not love it?

Also Jim/Dave/Frag/PV would kill me if I disappeared

I came because of the PS contest but have stayed because everyone seems so cool.

My reason for being on forums is I have a bunch of skills (mostly building but definitely not OCing) and want to be able to share them.

I first came here because Mike was a member and I heard about the competitions. I ended up staying though because I realized you guys were way cooler than the OCN people, and they banned me
