1) please don't rape my eyes with those colours.
2) those rigs are different budgets
3) please mention what you want to use this PC for, it is very important
4) for gaming i'd choose the third rig, but with a corsair PSU and a different cooler
5) for editing i'd choose the second rig, again with a corsair PSU
6) i don't even know what that first rig is doing here compared to the the other two rigs.

Hello SeekaX,

1. Sorry about that. Didn't know that there would be a blue background
2. I know
3. I want to use this rig mostly for programming, multitasking, working with big programs like Adobe Suite Master's Collection, etc, compiling, macro programming, etc. There will be very little gaming on it
4. What do you mean different color ?
5. The first rig is also a great rig... why can't it be here ? :)

Snortan,

Different CPU Cooler Color ? Why not the color I chose ? :)
I am skeptical with the water coolers... as I heard they are not that great in cooling and had problems... :(
Samsung 840 Pro ? :) Will definitely take that into consideration :)

I would go with H100 because the cooling performance between the two are negligible and because it's much smaller which makes the whole rig look nicer.
Well as far as I know water cooling is the next step from air cooling.
I'm gonna let someone else comment on problems with watercooling since I have almost no experience with them yet.

would you please write normal like everyone else? looks really annoying, thanks.

the all-in-one watercooling units look much better and perform at least as good as many air cooler

Snortan, you got a point that it makes the rig look nicer, but the main question is whether these water coolers are 1. stable and solid, 2. excellent cooling ?

Cru3L139, sorry.. :) You say:

At least as good is not great or excellent :) So if they perform as good as other air coolers, then what's the point in getting a water cooler except for the fact that is makes the rig look nicer ? :)

an h100i will perform better and will be quieter.

they perform better than the majority of them
and the ones that perform as good look like a tumor on your cpu
they are also quieter

Snortan & Cru3L139, Thank you !! :) Will take the H100i into consideration :) It's worth a shot, you only live once.. and if you guys say its quieter and exceptional cooling, then I will try it out ;) Who knows, maybe I will be a fan of water cooling :D

I would also point out that the H100i is cheaper if not the same price as the H100 in some places. Something to think about.

I would go with the first one and only replace the cooler with an h100i or nh-d14. If you take your time you can get the cpu to 4,6 ghz easy and get the best performace for the price. If you say just a little bit of gaming why would you need something bigger than a 670 ? The 680 does not perform that much better in most cases, just not worth the money. The Vector is going to destroy everything when it comes to hard drive performance and i love it.

the cuda cores could benefit him and i'd definitely choose the 3930k over the 3820, i know that one is overclockable as well but a 3930k should still kill it.

Seekax, CUDA cores will be a big plus...i have read that in an article. no question that a 3930k will kill a 3820. :-) thx guys for ur input! :-)

id use number 2 option, but not the case.. saves cash for better usage in
other areas like AX760i/860i PSU, or RAM...

How often are you likely to be rendering anything/ anything else intensive? A mainstream CPU and run-of-the-mill Nvidia card should do just fine. Even if you are video editing, for example, unless you're doing so all the time, consider something more conservative - though still stay with 8GB> RAM.
You mention multitasking - why not invest more money in displays? Having at least one portrait capable/ swivel display could be a big help.
