I rekons they will all perform the same tbh. They all have the same amount of surface area. The crossflow is built for mounts where air bubbles would normally get trapped in the top.
All should perform exactly the same, if anything the X-flow may pip it on performance but it's not worth mentioning how much by it would be that little.
Plan your system, see where your hose runs are going to and if it's benificial getting the X-flow then do, if not get the standard Black..... or Chrome if you want some bling
