Which AIO cooler?

Hi guys,

Me again to ask you yet another question. This forum has been very helpful so far and am hoping to get some nice opinions with this question as well.

So I'm looking, after previous advice by the guv to replace my ancient Corsair H80 and I quite like the 'double rad' coolers. I'm sporting a HAF X so the H110i GT with it's 2x 140 mm fans is a no go. 2 x 120 mm is the way to go.

Here're a couple of choices I'm contemplating and am asking your input for (have watched all the vids already). And maybe you have even better suggestions than those I list below.

Corsair H105 (as per TTL's advice, I'm leaning towards this one)
Corsair H100i GTX (I'm feeling a bit hmm for the hoses going directly into the block)
Fractal Design Kelvin S24 (looks alright to me, block and tubing are a bit boring but hey, I can't have it all)

Also, I plan on using the two fans (which I'll replace by some proper fans) in a push configuration with the 2x 200 mm HAF X top fans basically being the pull fans. The fans I'll put on the rad are these: Corsair CO-9050030-WW
(http://www.corsair.com/se-fi/air-series-sp120-led-white-high-static-pressure-120mm-fan-twin-pack) - would've liked these in the quiet edition but they don't exist, and it's only 3.4 db over the quiet edition anyway).

And while I'm at it I'll also rip that red 230 mm front fan of the case out and put in a white LED quiet air fan.

The Kelvin is far superior IMO, although if you can wait for a month or two it's spiritual successor is around the corner.

Yeah I'm looking to replace it come August/September. Any info on that successor?

Edit: Found an OC3D review of the S24 and it didn't do all that well cooling-wise, making the H105 the better of the two currently.

Depending on how quiet you are expecting it to be you may be disappointed with the H105 (i'm talking about the pump not the fans). I had three before switching to the Kelvin, at 12v it's quite similar however at 7v (within Fractal operating spec) it really is rather quiet.

Alphacool teased an AIO at the end of their factory tour video, I can't really tell you any more than that because I don't speak much German. I think it's very similar to the Kelvin except a little thinner and quieter. Alphacool designed the Kelvin, I don't know what brands the new version will be available under or how far from retail it is.

You managed 7v by plugging it into the motherboard then, or am I making weird assumptions? Do you have a link to the video, I speak German.

As for the H105 pump, it can't be louder than my current one, and I don't hear that at all. I do prefer quiet gaming sessions, having come from insanely loud fans only recently, and with the new fans on the current AIO I don't hear a peep coming from the pump.

So basically I'm looking for something quiet but with good performance - the best of both worlds.

On a side note and completely off-topic: I took a look at your build tread and man, that's freaking awesome!!

What AIO are you changing from?

Cheers mate! From an H80...

He says that it works completely different (from??) and that it's currently in development, that's all. I heard him say nothing about 1-2 months from today though.
