Wheres Ruby At?

I passed number 2 plenty of times (sounds wrong) just did not see it, only when finally working the clue out did I look closer.

My train of thought " is a bit alice in wonderland" gave me eureka moments.

Alice in Wonderland = All in Wonder so searched for them, no luck

a bit = Abit so searched for them no luck.

caused quite a stir = lots of responses so searched the forum looking for a lot of replies the PSU had 53 I think so looked at it again and found number 2.

Good luck to all who found it. you are in limited company I think so will be interesting to see your chances.
 
Didn't bother with this one as I haven't had the time.

Thanks to the magic OC3D random picker doobery machine called T&J, thats Tom & Jim. One of us numbers the entrants the other picks a random number. With our insanely technical system working at its finest we have a winner.

Wow, thanks! I really didn't expect to win, this is the 3rd or 4th compo I've entered here now.

What were the odds on that one then in the end?

I should say well done to everyone else who got the correct entries, it was pretty hard this time around (especially that sneaky number 2 - no pun intended!).

I look forward to getting the card installed and seeing what all this DX11 nonsense is about! ;-) I'll make sure there's a mini review and pics for you guys too, promise not to disappear like some...!

Thanks, makes a very nice early Christmas present!

You put me in a tricky situation though, as you can see I already have a GTX280, which is much faster, though I think a 5770 CF setup sounds very tempting as I've never had a chance to try CF yet. It might come down to power consumption too, as the PC is on a lot of the time.

Nethertheless, it's going in to try out and get some nice benchmarks and impressions. I've got plenty of games to test it with and sure can't resist the temptation to play with some new tech :D

the 4770's scaled uber well in CF thats what made them so popular, Id deffo think that selling the 280 for a pair of these would be a very tempting upgrade dude tbh.
 
Yeah, a CF of HD5770 would be nice :worship: Or sell both and buy a HD5870 or GTX 295 :cool: Congratulations Alex :D
