I googled G0 Q6600 this morning, saw a post about scan on a forum, some guy at overclocked.net was proclaiming on the 6th of Aug he had spoken to scan and ALL q6600's were G0.

I logged on to scan, was a heartbeat away from ordering and stopped. Called scan only for them to confirm - they do not have G0 steppings. Booo.

Peevs - i'm losing faith on the bulk buy, according to the last update we should have had them by now.

I beleive by the time the deal goes through G0's will be widely available...

not sure if you know Mr.Smith, but Scan will be allowing you to order which stepping you want, for no extra cost.

So all of their steppings will be seperate products when they finally come in.

The G0's are here in Aus in quite large amounts according to the retailers that I have spoken to today. I've purchased one and it should be here tomorrow, plus I bought myself an E6850 from a retailer near work (L23A) today.

That would be possible mate. I'll have to check the weight of the box tomorrow, from memory up to 750 grams will cost 13GBP. I can get it on my CC or you can PayPal me, either way I'm not fussed.

£13 shipping? Is there a faster one? £13 seems cheap, cheap seems slow, slow = bad.

Yeah I know you want a Q6600 G0, I just wanted to show my e6850 lol. Leave it with me, and the shipping can be arranged for a faster method From what I've seen the chip should do 4Ghz or beyond np's, but they still require substantial volts to get there.

I almost bought an e6850 today as the nindeal has died! Only thing stopping me is I don't think it would work in my commando - wrong bios...

Saw a few 4gig @ 1.6, that's not too bad!
