Yet another nub question from me I guess
So I bought 4gb of 1066mhz Crucial Ballistix ram.
I'm planning on buying the asus P5k-e Wifi mobo. I read somewhere that the p35 chipset only support 800mhz ram, BUT with ASUS Super Memspeed Technology it will run ram at 1066mhz.
Now my question is , is this "technology" really working ? Is it going to be the same thing as running my ram on a board that really support 1066mhz ram ?? Anyone tested that ? Any comments ?
thx
