Whats the best GPU/s for my build?

Ok so i've got a new build going on (CPU 3770k WC OCed) and on the GPU side i've been looking at what GPUs to get so far the options are and prices i can get them at various sources;

1) GTX690 (£450)
2) 2 x GTX680s (£600)
3) 2 x HD7970s (£550)


Now it seems the GTX690 seems to be the cheapest option but the other major benefit of the GTX690 is i only have to buy one WC block instead of several blocks for SLI/CF jobs.

So am i right with leaning towards the GTX690 or are there any better options?

Well what rads you gonna use? The 7970s and 680s will put out more heat, but will put out more performance at the same time. The 7970s also is the fastest of the 3 choices overall. But quite honestly any of those 3 cards will be plenty fast if it's a 1080 res you play at
