What's best for 780ti...

Hey guys,

I was just wondering what would be the best way to power my 780ti using a Corsair HX1000i.

Just got some sleeved cables and but not sure which works best, I've been using the 8pin-dual 6+2 since November last year and it's worked fine.

Should I use one 8pin to dual 6+2 or should I use two 8pin-8pin PCIe cables?

In my opinion two 8-pins is the cleanest aesthetically and technically the best way but i'm sure your card will run fine with a pig tailed twin 6+2, my Matrix Platinum doesn't mind it at all.

I'm getting two individual 8-pin cables made at the moment for it though, just because I really don't like pig tails or 6+2 blocks.

As long as the cables are either a full 8pin PCI-E or 6+2 Pin PCI-E there really isn't any difference in power delivery as it will all be coming from the same 12 volt rail to my understanding anyway bud :)
