Can't go wrong with Asus, MSI or Gigabyte, they are equally as good as each other in my opinion.

EVGA are a bit expensive and don't usually offer the features the others have, Asrock boards are ok but they seem to be a bit a hit and miss with reliability and overclocking, Intel boards aren't know for being good. I haven't read anything about Zotac boards so I don't now whether they are worth recomending or not.

If I will do an upgrade I will go for asus, gigabyte or msi, but my p8p67deluxe is still good motherboard so I think that there is no point for me to change it just becouse z77 been released.

I like the look of sabertooth z77 but it doesnt have all the features that I want from the motherboard.

For me it's asus and i was thinking of going for the maximus v gene as this should help me get started at over clocking, still wondering how useful the mPCIe Combo expansion card is thou.

If I upgrade to any Z77 motherboard it will probably be the Asus Z77 sabertooth and the only reason I would upgrade is because of aesthetics it would look awesome in my rig I like my MSI board but it just doesn't look good with my NH D14

IF I upgrade (which I have no reaosn to really I have a Z68 GEN 3 board with PCIe 3.0 and such there would be only one feature on the mobo that gets added that I dont need because I have an SSD)

then I go with Asus probably their Maximus V board which isnt out yet.

Is it me or has the title of this thread changed from "what Z77 manufacture to go with?" to what it says now?

Just wondering because i'm going mad if it didn't

I think I'm turning into an MSI fan, having a TF II HAWK graphics card already and now I have my eyes set on the GD65 - I originally planned for a GD55 but got the £25 cash back so thought why not?

Not really a fan of Gigabyte at the moment, and whilst the special "thermal armour" on the Sabertooth does look fancy, I don't think I need it. Besides, anything looks cooler than my current GA-X58-UD3R.

Well I said I would never use another Gigabyte board, but looking at the spec's for them I think Gigabyte is going to be my only option.

All the board's that I have seen up to now, will only do dual card's at 8x-8x where as the Gigabyte will do dual card's at 16x-16x or triple/quad at 8x-8x-8x/8x.
