what rad would I need?

guys im a little confused about somthing:

Black Ice GT Xtreme 480 Radiator 4 x 120mm fans $149.00

or

Black Ice GT Xtreme 420 Radiator 3x 140mm

$159.00

Im leaning towards towards the 480 but I honestly jsut dont know

im planning to cool:

i7 950

gtx 580

and possibly another 580 in the future

motherboard ( I dont know if a motherboards temps will decrease that much)

The black ice fans will be noisey as they require high speed fans. Youll deffo need the 480 if you want to cool another 580 later (be at its limits then tbh)
