16GB of 2400MHz is where the best price/performance is ATM.

WYP is spot on with that, you may need to get your hands dirty in the BIOS to get it set up (if your board doesnt like XDMP that high) but its all do-able.

I will give it a go after I come back of holidays.

Is there a lot messing about setting memory's in BIOS so it work as intended?
Also will I see much difference between 1866MHz and 2400MHz?

So according to pdf on gigabyte website
will this memory work
HyperX Beast 16GB (2x8GB ) PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit (HX324C11T3K2/16)
\or do i have to put 4sticks of 4gb like this?
HyperX 8GB (2x4GB ) PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black/Red (HX24C11BRK2/8-OC)

If they are both on the list, either one would work. All things being equal, I would go with two sticks, 8 gb. each.. Easier on the memory controller.

in the end i went for HyperX Fury Black 16GB 1866MHz, just a quickie regarding timngs
whats advertised on website
10-10-10-28
My actual timings:

Should i try to change them in Bios to 10-10-10-28 or live them be ?

Won't hurt to try. The memory is rated for that so it'll do it. It's just more of if the CPU memory controller can handle it.
