What graphics card is this?

I'm trying to figure out what graphics card this is. I know it's Nvidia and it's made by Asus, it has 2 DVI ports and on S-video port. That's all I know about it.

It isn't dead it works perfectly well.

I figured out it's a 7900GS.

I did a reverse search on google of the picture I took, than i found a website not in english but it said "Asus EN7900GS/2DHT/256M" so I looked that up and found it on the Asus website!
