What games are you getting?

Well the title is self-explanatory really.

For me it's the following: Dirt 2 will be delivered to my house tomorrow, and I'm going to pre-order RUSE and Medal of Honor when I have the money. :)

mines is super street fighter 4 love the normal one its an excellent game and unlike most other fighting games its hard as hell when its the challenges!

The only game coming out soon, I think I'm getting is Starcraft II, though I'll have to play the 1st before that to catch up and the story, as I never did 1st time round.

Am thinking of getting the God of War Collection and possibly God of War 3 soon.

But in the long run, I'm aiming for some Crysis 2 goodness, more Call of Duty, more Fifa and Zelda!!

The next game I'm waiting for is diablo3 :D

Also looking at EA MMA as I don't like the controls of UFC2010

i wish UFC/MMA would come to the PC that would be awsome

From what I have heard UFC is a real dog to control. It works well, but the controls are incredibly fiddly. Loads of people I know ended up trading it in..

A good MMA game on PC would be cool though.

I don't think I'll buy Mafia 2, but I'll play it since I think it will be awesome :)

I'm not sure about black ops. It seems to me like it will be more of the same. Call of Dut 4, Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, they were all based on the same engine. And now another one? WHERE DOES IT STOP? ;)

CRYSIS 2, Medal of Honor, F.E.A.R 3, Red Faction: Armageddon, Spec Ops: The Line, Bulletstorm, Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days, Mafia II, Max Payne 3. Yes yes bring them on baby;)

Think I'm gonna go for Starcraft II but as someone else said, I'll need to crack out the original again.

Also one day when GT5 comes out I'll buy that.

Hmm there was another but I can't think.

I think the next PC game I get will be starcraft 2, working quite a bit right now so I don't really have too much spare time to play. Diablo 3 looks like it will be pretty good and I'll probably get black ops when it comes out.

I also got my hands on an N64 so I am trying to buy all of my old favourites like ocarina of time, goldeneye and so on

Two Worlds 2 and Gran Turismo 5 for me

OK well I got bored recently and decided to buy a few games.

First up was Mirror's Edge. Absolutely fantastic and has made its way into my top ten ever games.

Condemned. I remembered this when my friend had it on his 360 years ago. Got it for £4, sadly it's rubbish. It's too slow and terribly paced. Even walking around seems like a chore. Much better watched than played this one.

F.E.A.R 2. £4.99 delivered, cracking game. I am finding myself obsessed with ALMA. To the point that I can't wait for her to show up so I can look at her. I like creepy things, and this game really kicks in the creep factor. I never played the first one so really I have no idea what's going on, but I am still really enjoying myself. HAVOK in this works really well.

Man, F.E.A.R 2 done already. In six hours

Amazing while it lasted though.. Bidding on the first one atm, never played it before but it scored way higher.

that game freaks me out

To quote Rob Zombie's Living Dead Girl -

Who is this irresistible creature who has an insatiable love for the dead?

I love creepy things. Big time. As the game developed and unfolded I began to find myself strangely interested in Alma. The thing is my feelings were pretty much spot on. She had been abducted as a child and treated horribly. I also sensed right from the beginning that she wasn't trying to hurt me as every time I got into a scuffle with her she didn't do any damage.

So I didn't find being raped by her and then touching her pregnant belly very unsettling really

Every time the mission flashed up saying you had to kill her I felt empathy toward her. She just looks so sad. As I say, you come to find out why.. Pretty messed up really.

Games don't frighten me hardly ever. This one scared me once IIRC. And that was when the lights went out and then started strobing and spirits started to walk around. If you are into the macabre this game is really spot on. The flash burnt people who turned to dust when you touched them (due to the atom bomb) was just a stroke of genius, and the bit where you saw their spirits and souls whisping around was really spine tingling but I wouldn't call the whole experience scary.

It was just strangely compelling.

The only time a game has truly sh*t me up was Doom 3. The double take red flash in the toilet made me jump so high I broke my keyboard tray clean off the rollers. Fallout 3 put the wind up me a few times too, especially with my Earforce on. But only really when a ghoul comes up behind you and goes OOMBERRR (ghoul noise).

Fear 2 is absolutely amazing tbh. A real creepy delight
