Right, I am looking into getting a new monitor. I haven't got akll that much cash at the moment (hey, do any of us?) and wondered if this is a good choice.

I have been using a 19" wide acer LCD for ages and it has served me well. The specs on that one look pretty decent too. I just want a free opinions on it.

That Acer is truly worth it.

See what I liked about it was not only the higher res but it was 16:9 which means my Xbox won't cut the top and the bottom off.

If you are happy with VGA input only then go for it. I doubt you could find a better 23" full hd screen for that money.
