Worst: Don't really hate any gifts, but socks I guess...

This is the 1st year I've given more than received I think. I bought a black Nintendo Wii for the mrs and a 19" Samsung TV for my mrs parents. I've played the Wii more so far so it's for both of us really - It rocks! I decided to buy the TV as they've given us so much up until now and wana start repaying them. It feels good to give as well tbh :)

ooo thermal socks :D... the electric price in my place has trippled since they fit a new meter in >.<. Paying £140 per month when I'm not even here. There is nothing on except the fridge freezer and obviously cooking. The PC is hardly on any more. So the best present would of been a better company.
 
wow that is a lot! its about £130 here but 2 pc's are never off along with my tv, all the usual culprits and everything else on standby when never gettin used i must be the most green member on here :rollingla

Exactly lol, they forced and threatened me to change the meter otherwise I wouldn't receive any electricity. So had to change, they promised the prices would be the same, they had meter readings but nope they failed to do it 3 times in a row. I even read it to them over the phone and now apparently I owe £1,203.52. Love E-ON.

BTW, best present if E-ON is reading this, lower my bills :D.

:D that's a good idea :D, I use gas for heating though but a pair wouldn't go a miss :D. Yeah changing tomorrow, EDF energy :).
 
yeah they are good for keepin the feet warm, i was using my kilt socks cause those are epic thick and wooly could walk about in the snow with just them and have toasty toes
 
Best present was probably a pair of Samsung PB22-J 128GB SSDs...despite the pain they caused in getting a ghost image onto them to boot.

Worst present was probably the bar of dark chocolate...not really a fan of dark chocolate.
