Make one, at the end of the day they are just 20 cables in internal usb 19/20pin male to female, you can get cables and sockets on ebay, then just braid it etc however you want
What are you trying to do? Make a USB3.0 cable pretty, make it fit somewhere, make it longer...? The best way to make it pretty is cut it off and throw it away, if it won't fit you could always get a USB3.0 to 2.0 adapter which would actually be easy to sleeve. Finding that exact thing you want will be impossible and probably rather unsightly when all said and done.
@Wraith, that's a lot smaller than you think it is
I know, there is a smaller thinner tool for pushing out the mini female pins, you can do it with needles or pins but it's not worth stretching the internal plastics.

What would you do when you had taken it apart though, 20 tiny wires you could never sleeve individually or get one SATA over without having loads of shrink at the end. Nobody who doesn't yet know what a pin removal tool is will finish that job nicely.
Yes JR23 is right the custom ready made options are the neatest and easiest route, personally I find the stock cables too tough and non pliable to be of any aesthetic value.
