weird dinging noise

doubt this is the spot for this post but couldnt find anything better..

All of a sudden I have this ding ding ding ding ding (5dings) sound coming from my desktop speakers I have tried rebooting as well as making sure everything is closed. I cant seem to fond the culprit. it just started this evening. anybody have any clues??

gawd I'm so embarrassed lmao the final straw was after I shut down to comp to verify it was comp and I still heard the dinging. Turns out my 4y.o. lil angel somehow put her cell phone up above my speakers and it was the phone dinging due to low battery. No she doesnt have her own plan its my old one from eons ago that she found this visit and wanted to play with it. Hasnt had service in a decade or more.

My four year old also has a nice selection of old phones no longer working she "phones" her mates and arranges parties!

yeah its cute when she calls her mom or a friend she actuallys carries both sides of the conversation quite well

I have had my nephew call 999, and he hung up, but when I went to make a call, they were still connected LOL oops!!!
