web pages not displaying properly

Hi peoples, this is really bugging me now, i have to refresh webpages several times to display them properly, i have used the widget to show cpu and memory usage and cpu is averaging about 20-30% memory 30%, so i know its not a performance issueturned internet security off and still the same, anyone have any ideas what is causing it?

see the screenshot for example, left is how its displayed, right is what it should be.

First of all, make sure you're not using Internet Explorer. If you are, get another browser. Like Firefox, Chrome or whatever floats your boat.

Second. I only experience that when the server I'm trying to reach is busy and can't handle my request. Or if there's something wrong (eg. missing or inaccessible) with the websites CSS file.

Does it happen on EVERY website you access or is it just a select few?

Hi only use firefox and tbh i only use a few sites but it does seem to be every site, tend to keep my pc running smooth and clean always clearing cache and temp files, running antivirus and anti spyware programs every so often.

Hmm, weird. With what you're telling us, I can't think of anything that would cause this.

Hopefully someone else will chime in with a solution =)

Are you using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. It looks like the html is not rendering properly on the browser. You may have something disabled that is causing this.

Go onto the Mozilla Firefox options menu and click on the Contents tab. Make sure that javascript is enabled, if it is not, but I doubt that javascript would be causing the problem.

It may be that the web browser is accessing a cached version of the page, due to connectivity problems. Even though you clear the cache every so often, try clearing the cache using CCleaner and try loading the page again.

have checked the java is enabled, and run ccleaner still the same, seems to happen more on ebay but i probably notice it more cos i'm always on it, have had the same problem with other sites as my screenshot shows.have updated graphics drivers tonight but not made any difference?
