Aye for a WC solution you cant do it on the cheap you have to see some big bucks into it for what you want your looking at around £300? I'm sure TTL can give you a better estimate when he comes along...

As for the VGA cooler, no need replacing it unless its hot or noisy. If you NEED to replace it, then a model number will help us find a cooler for it.

For £150 the boys are right air will be best matey. For water your looking at £80+ just for a used rad and pump.
CM V8 cpu or Thermalright Ultra, the gpu cooler really depends what youve got tbh thermalright is a good place to start though.
Drop in what gpu ect and we can have a looksee for you.

I think I will go for CM V8, looks good!
HD4890 is my GPU...dont need to change the fan , cant push it over 950/1100 1,4V anyway...so I dont see the point of changing the fan.

You got pm dude, and the Thermalright CPU you fit what ever fan you want, it doesnt come with one of its own.
For 150 you can get some decent water cooling on the cpu, 30 quid on a EK Supreme LT, 55 Pound on a Thermochill PA120.3 or RX240 (really depends on space), 40 pound on a XSPC 750 pump/reservoir combo (if u do go with this get the smaller rad as the pump is not terribly strong. That leaves 25 quid for tubing, coolant, fittings and fans. That's just my opinion feel free to pick holes in it =]

mostly second hand though, they have decent rads and other stuff for cheap under clearance at overclockers.
decent ddc pumps are on the bay and so are blocks.
if you can be bothered to shop around, £150 will do you for watercooling imho.
