Xigmatek AIO-S80DP(if this is not good can you recommend me a ver good air CPU cooler?)
Would this be better then some air CPU coolers?
At the moment I have a HD4890(950/1100 1,4V) which has a decent fan so I think i don`t need a VGA WC, can you recommend me a very good VGA air fan?
Thanks.

You could look into used bits to keep the budget down, but still keep performance?
As for the VGA cooler, no need replacing it unless its hot or noisy. If you NEED to replace it, then a model number will help us find a cooler for it.

CM V8 cpu or Thermalright Ultra, the gpu cooler really depends what youve got tbh thermalright is a good place to start though.
Drop in what gpu ect and we can have a looksee for you.
