if you are going to overclock them, this setup my not be enough, though I have no experience with the video cards and how much heat they produce. Really I have no issues with heat on my video card. rarely does it get above 60C on full load. even folding it stays pretty cool. My CPU does still get warm, sometimes up to 80, but that is full load on prime and a 920 that is more like a cooktop. If you are not pushing the system 100% for hours at a time, this could be a sufficient setup, really it all depends on the load you are putting it under, and the heat it produces.
