Im still thinking of water cooling, cpu and gpu my main problem is space it is a itx build after all.

Parts Iv picked are

Koolance VID-AR685 for my 6850

EK Supreme LTX CPU Waterblock

XSPC 200L/ph 5.25

Iv left out the radiator as I really dont know what size to go for Im hoping a single 120mm will be fine or even better a 80mm radiator.

My hardware is I5 2500 and a 6850 no O.C

Are you saying you want to waterrcool your cpu+gou with a 120mm radiator?I dont think thats possible although I am unsure of thermal dynamics of the 6850 I would say a 60mm thick 240 rad would be bare minimum but this is just me going by what I have read, seen and been advised

dont waste ur $$ on trying to watercool with a single 120mm rad for cpu/gpu loop/ Stick with stock options they will undoubtedly be better. If you must wc do cpu only which is possible (albeit) not recommended on a 120mm rad. We've all seen the Corsair line of coolers those are single 120mm rads (with exception of the H100) So if you bought a single 120mm rad kit from like RX120 Kit, I'm sure it'll do a tad better than the ultra thin Corsair ones. Leave the gpu alone or better yet since the 7xxx series have proven to run a bit cooler go with one of those.

Cheers for all the help guys, 1 of the main reason I was looking into water cooling is well its not the first time Iv left my pc on all night, plus well as you guys kno itx boards and standard air cpu coolers seem to be hit or miss.

Plus I thought since I never use an optical drive I could fill the slot with summit useful
