Water cooled PSU

I'v been water cooling for like 5 years now. With the recent upgrade of my rig i have started looking at WCed PSUs Specifically the Koolance psu-1000atx-12n.

I cant seem to find a single review, is it really that bad or is it just new? Anyone has experience or seen any reviews on it?

Noise. I have approx 400-600W extra cooling power in my loop atm (running 3x360 rads). My PSU is at its upper end of its specs and its sitting at the top of my hot box.

An alternative would be to add WB's for the memory and MB, reverse the fans and open a hole in the bottom of the case. That would give me more air flow out of the case and possibly cooler env inside the case thus lower nose from the PSU.
