Overclock3D is a news and reviews site that requires a dedicated person to provide news content for our valued members and readers. Ideally, the suitable applicant should display an interest in continually increasing our news readership, as well as a commitment to continual refinement. Task requirements for the position will range from posting exclusive news articles, manufacturer press releases, external news snippets and general news etc. This position is available to one person only and all necessary training will be provided.

As a freelance technical writer/contractor to Overclock3D.net Ltd, it is expected that you will:

* Be reliable;

* Be competent with written English (good punctuation and grammar are essential);

* Be aware of copyright responsibilities;

* Be committed and free of external commitments for at least 2 hours a day.

The successful candidate will receive a fixed payment for their services, and the opportunity to receive free hardware for their efforts.

Not necessarily. If someone is 16 but can prove that they fit all of the above requirements, then there's no reason we wouldn't consider them.

Yep totally agreed. We're just looking for good, consistent news everyday and if a 12 yo or whoever can supply that, then so be it.

Hey PV, sorry for PMing you before I managed to see this!

Basically, as you know I wrote a couple of reviews for the member review section, I'm sure you've had a quick glance over them and if not, please do feel free to check them out to see if it is what you’re looking for.

I do not know if that has got any relevance to the news reporting team although it might. Personally, I’d love to be a part of the OC3D team, especially because it is the best review site there is. I hope it stays that way and I’d like to be a contributor to the work done on this website.

I'm sure the time can be whatever two hours of the day you have to spare on this kind of thing.

The pay is a different story though, I think PV might have something to say. Maybe not, shall have to wait and see!

Ideally spread throughout the day. The problem is that if you post all the news for each day in the evening, everyone has already read it elsewhere.
